"United" We Stand

United we stand,

With blood on our hands,

From having our sticky fingers in the pots

of too many lands.

This rogue superpower

grows more audacious by the hour.

We've been uprooting plants when

we *shoulda been* planting flowers.

For the honor and the glory

of the pages of HIS-story.

Not for the collateral damage of war-

whose deaths are deemed "mandatory".

There is no war, only business.

Fueled by greed, our eternal sickness,

We're written off before the bombs are even built to begin this.

And LEGACY Media?! More like,

BULLSHIT encyclopedia!

Their truth quotients get smaller

as the little boys get greedier.

We don't know.

They don't tell us.

They'd rather market and sell us

or distract us with some gossip

that would have made Jerry Springer jealous.

The erasure of the Mind,

And the towing of the Line

Has celebrity, not humanity,

taking up all of our time.

Has our home ever been great?

Or just just a haven of hate,

Blind and fearful of that

to which it cannot relate?

We will never find peace in our time,

If we keep fighting one another,

And don't free our minds.

Cause it's like Bob Marley said,

And now that HE's dead,

there's NONE but OURselves.

And that's just the start of what needs to be said.
